Introduction to the Firm

On January 1st 2009, Mr. Eric Ramel and Mrs. Leila Roussianos founded the law firm Leximmo with the intention to offer a specialized quality service mainly in areas in connection with construction and real estate law covering both public as well as private law. On September 1st 2010, Marc-Etienne Favre joined Leximmo, to make it the first law firm of specialized attorneys in Construction and Real estate. Indeed, the partners, all experienced, obtained at the beginning of 2010 the title of SBA specialist in Construction and Real Estate Law.

A general practitioner does not necessarily have the time and the knowledge to handle difficult and complex cases, especially in the fields that are closely or remotely in connection with land: Property and Construction law, but also Environmental, Public tenders law, Transport and Telecommunications Law as well as Inheritance and Tax Law.
