Born in Lausanne, Mrs. Leila Roussianos obtained her Master in Law from the University of Lausanne in 1998. She then wrote her doctoral thesis on the rights of telecommunication services under the direction of Professor Pierre Moor. She carries out her lawyer training with the law office Gross and associates in 2001.

Former President of the Young Bar Association (2005-2007), she was also in charge of the column «your rights» in the newspaper, «24 heures».

On September 2008, she founds the company Legaltech SA, specialized into Telecommunications law.

She founds Ramel & Roussianos Avocats in 2009 with Eric Ramel, now called Leximmo from 2010 with the arrival of Marc-Etienne Favre as a new partner.

She is the author of numerous publications in the domain of telecommunications, notably on the different judicial relations in respect to the installation of mobile telephone antennas, on the access of telecommunication service providers to the last kilometer, as well as on the use of the public domain by telecommunication service providers.

Her working languages are French, English, German & Persian.
